Position Summary
Under direct supervision, performs basic customer service functions, including information services, initial documentation of problems / complaints, payment processing and assistance with the departmental customer satisfaction and performance improvement programs.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Information Services (40%)
Responds to routine inquiries related to office functions, personnel and scope of services available.
Assists survey coordinator with data collection and data entry functions.
Receives, documents, and routes routine complaints received.
Assists with maintenance of departmental performance improvement documentation.
Adheres to UI Health Code of Conduct and remains in compliance with all required trainings.
Minimum Qualifications
college coursework in any discipline as measured by the following conversion table or its proportional equivalent :
30 semester hours equals one (1) year (12 months)
