The University of Illinois Chicago is seeking a Director of Outreach. We are seeking candidates to join our team in a role responsible for driving undergraduate recruitment outreach efforts to support enrollment goals.
As one of four Directors within Strategic Recruitment and Outreach, the candidate will:
🔥 Develop and lead a dynamic team of assistant directors and recruiters, managing performance, and ensuring high-impact recruitment outreach and engagement.
🔥 Analyze key data to inform territory strategies, maximize recruitment effectiveness, and support yield and anti-melt efforts.
🔥 Join a growing, supportive and collaborative management team that currently includes an executive director and directors of communications and marketing technology, recruitment operations, and transfer initiatives. We support and collaborate with partners both within enrollment management and across campus.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 7-10 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or student affairs and a passion for access to higher education.
