Position Summary :
The Division of Pediatric Endocrinology is looking for an energetic pediatric endocrinologist with interest in inpatient and outpatient care in pediatric endocrinology and diabetes, with ample opportunity to include education and scholarly activity into the practice.
Duties & Responsibilities
- 6 half-day clinics, including endocrine and diabetes
- Consultations in inpatient call for a week, every 4-5 weeks
- Education of medical students from local and out-of-state medical schools, residents, and pediatric fellows
- Participation in T1DM program development and several quality improvement initiatives
- Clinical research opportunities and scholarly endeavors that lead to academic promotion
- Close interaction with other subspecialties, NICU, PICU, Hematology-Oncology, and other services

The budgeted salary range for the position is $173,000 to $209,417. Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience, while also considering internal equity.
