This position will evaluate current developments and research findings and recommend and adapt for use in clinical trials. Use scientific methods for testing the validity of hypothesis of projects and suggest the use of alternative approaches for testing scientific hypothesis.

Operate research laboratory equipment used in specimen, centrifugation, and storage/handling of specimens.Ensures site compliance with research protocols by reviewing all regulatory requirements to confirm implementation of appropriate methods, practices, and procedures for all research activitiesRecruit and screen candidates and/or subjects for research study eligibility by scheduling study visit appointments and informing potential candidates of projects and process.Develops accurate source materials and ensures compliance from site staffCollect, document and maintain clinical data according to requirements and procedures.Provides accurate and timely data collection, documentation, entry, and reporting in both sponsor and UIC databasesEnsures appropriate credentialing and training of the study team
