Job Summary
Assists the McKinley Health Center (MHC) Director in establishing standards of medical service and develops organization plans for Clinical Support Services to carry out the objectives of the health center. Functions as an advisor and liaison to the MHC Director. Coordinates the administrative activities for the following clinical departments : East 1 Clinic, West 1 Clinic, West 2 Clinic, Immunization & Travel and Women's Health, including personnel functions and capital acquisitions. Duties & Responsibilities
- Clinical Administrative Duties
Oversees the operations of assigned departments in the following areas :
Day-to-day operation of the unit, including adequacy of staffing.
Works with the Director and other Assistant Directors in the development of the Health Center's strategic plan, goals, policies and procedures. Serves as a member of McKinley's Management Team.
Participates in Quality Improvement Activities as assigned.

Appointment Information
This is a 100% full-time Academic Professional position, appointed on a 12-month basis. The expected start date is as soon as possible after 5 / 1 / 2025. The budgeted salary range for the position is $110,000 - $120,000.
