The University of Iowa Department of Internal Medicine is seeking faculty for a position(s) in The Division of General Internal Medicine, Adult Hospitalist Program. Appointment rank will be at the Instructor (non-track) level. The Hospitalist Program offers extensive opportunities for clinicians to practice in a community hospital setting located in the heart of downtown Iowa City. Our campus is also part of a leading academic system committed to changing medicine and healthcare.
Education Requirement:
- Candidates must have an M.D. degree or equivalent.
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Residency Program
- Board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
- Board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
- Three or more years of Hospitalist experience
