The University of Iowa, Division of Cardiovascular Medicine in the Department of Internal Medicine is recruiting a BC/BE non-invasive cardiologist for a faculty position at the rank of Instructor, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor in the clinical (non-tenure) or tenure track, depending on qualifications. The successful candidate will join a large academic group. Patient care will occur at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.

For appointment to the clinical or tenure track, successful candidates will be required to self-disclose any misconduct history or pending research misconduct investigation including but not limited to sexual misconduct in prior employment and provide a related release and will be subject to a criminal background and credential check.
Education Requirement:
Candidates must have an M.D. degree or equivalent and show completion of an ACGME accredited residency and fellowship program.
Required Qualifications:Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills.
Certifications:Board certification in cardiology.
Desirable Qualifications:Experience in advanced ECHO and Transthoracic Echocardiography along with cardiac MRI and/or CT is preferred.
Evidence of a commitment to clinical teaching, clinical research and/or outcomes research is desired.
