University of Iowa Health Care is excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced nurse leader to join our team. We are seeking a full-time Assistant Nurse Manager for Main Operating Room Team 9. The Assistant Nurse Manager will provide both managerial and clinical leadership to ensure that all staff deliver safe clinical care and have the necessary education, methods, and resources to meet their performance objectives. Additionally, this role includes managing the nursing assistant and weekend option team.

Percent of Time : 100%
Schedule : Hours determined by department needs, with possible rotating shifts, holiday, and weekend coverage
Location : University Campus
Rotations : Rotating shifts Monday - Friday, weekends, holidays, on-call as needed. One-week administrative call 2-3 times / year
