BASIC FUNCTION
Provide support for various scientific experiments and research projects, ensuring the smooth operation of the laboratory and mouse colony.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain mouse colony, including breeding and genotyping transgenic mouse lines.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of laboratory experiments.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Collect, analyze, and record experimental data accurately.
- Prepare reagents, solutions, and media as required for experiments.
- Ensure proper storage and disposal of laboratory materials.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized lab environment.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and publications.
- Collaborate with researchers and other lab personnel to achieve project goals.
- Perform experiments independently to support ongoing projects.
