The pay range listed for this position is determined by our compensation program using market data and salary benchmarking. A combination of factors is considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, education, experience and training, qualifications relative to the requirements of the position, and funding. At the University of Kansas Medical Center, a reasonable estimate for the starting pay range will be the minimum to midpoint of the posted range, taking into account the combination of factors listed above.

Job Description Summary

Job Description
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assisting with participant recruitment and coordinating study visits for data collection.
- Data collection, entry, and management
- Assist with data processing (including behavioral coding).
- Providing support to families during data collection
- Coordinating schedules with families and research staff to collect data.
- Collaborate during regular project meetings (including multi-site team meetings)
- Contribute to the development of project materials, including presentations, handouts, and websites.
- Meet regularly with principal investigators and research staff to review project progress, problem solve challenges, and re-allocate resources as needed depending on current project needs.
- In collaboration with principal investigators, produce reports and presentations to communicate findings and progress to funding agencies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field, particularly psychology.
Work Experience:
- Experience in a research setting.
- Experience with Microsoft Applications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail with excellent time-management skills.
- Strong work-ethic, self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team setting as well as independently.
