Why This Role Matters
In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping the credit union's facilities safe, functional, and professional for both employees and members. You'll oversee maintenance, vendor services, and construction projects to help minimize disruptions and keep everything running smoothly. Regular inspections, proactive upkeep, and responding to maintenance issues will ensure our equipment and properties stay in top condition. You'll also manage OREO properties, track projects, and assist with deliveries to support overall efficiency. Your strong organization and attention to detail will make a direct impact, creating a seamless experience for both staff and members.
What You'll Do
- Facility Maintenance & Appearance - Performs minor interior maintenance, oversees independent contractors, and ensures property upkeep, including snow and ice removal.
- Construction & Renovation Projects - Manages projects from planning to completion, coordinating with departments, contractors, and senior management.
- Property Inspections & Vendor Oversight - Conducts monthly property inspections, generates reports, and ensures vendor compliance with preventative maintenance and service agreements.
- Equipment & Service Requests - Handles maintenance requests, coordinates with vendors, and ensures equipment remains operational. Supervises all vendor PM's (Preventative Maintenance) and ensures that all aspects of the PM are completed.
- Emergency Response - Be available periodically for on-call duty. In the event of an emergency maintenance situation, you may be asked to assist or respond as needed.
- Real Estate Owned (OREO) Properties - Manages cleanup, repairs, and showings of OREO properties until sold.
- Project & Task Management - Develops and analyzes Smartsheets to track projects, maintenance requests, and contractor schedules.
- Courier & Delivery Support - Assists with deliveries and transfers between credit union locations.
- Contributes to a team effort by accomplishing corporate and individual goals and other related results as needed.
