| Job Summary | The HR Business Partner Senior will work to ensure the Vice President for Research (VPR) domain receives strategic and human resource project support to assist in managing changes related to research, clinical and education missions. Support includes performance management consultation, HR program/process development and maintenance, protocol development, and reorganization assistance. Primary responsibilities include:

| Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | The successful candidate must have significant HR professional and technical knowledge, project delivery expertise and the ability to create strong working relationships with senior leadership. Must have demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, follow-up, attention to detail, and planning and organizational skills as well as high emotional intelligence are all key to success in this position. The ability to successfully coach, influence, and persuade others as well as a high level of respect for confidentiality are all crucial attributes. |
