Pay & Bonuses
- New Graduate RNs: $28-$30/hour (based on degree)

Sign-On Bonuses:

Flexible Scheduling
- Ability to work 6pm – 6:30am, 36 Hours/Week. Will be required to work some weekends and holidays as needed for unit coverage.
Nurse Residency Program
New graduate RNs will participate in our nationally recognized Nurse Residency Program, designed to ensure a smooth transition into professional nursing practice.
Your Role as a Cardiovascular eICU RN
- Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care to ICU patients across the hospital’s Cardiovascular Intensive Care Units.
- Be a member of a collaborative team responsible for providing continuous vigilance and tele-nursing care focusing on early intervention to decrease ICU-related morbidity & mortality.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Promote governing features centered around patient advocacy, prevention, continuous monitoring, evidence-based care, telecommunication, clinical decision support and compassionate ethical care.
- Focus on ensuring patient satisfaction and adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Associate Degree, Nursing
- 7 years of related experience to include 5 years of adult critical care experience
License/Certifications:
- Active Kentucky RN license, Temporary Work Permit, or Compact State License
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification valid for at least six months post-hire
- NIHSS Certification (required before starting) and CCRN certification or eCCRN (within 12 months of hiring)
Preferred Education & Experience
- Bachelor of Science Degree, Nursing
- 5 years’ experience to include 3 years of adult critical care experience
