Physical Requirements

Monday – Friday, Day Shift; primarily 8:00AM – 5:00PM (40 hrs/wk); other hours/schedule as needed.
Job Summary
UK HealthCare is seeking an Ambulatory Clinical Operations Director to lead and oversee multiple Dentistry clinical practices. This position is a key leadership role that works closely with Medical Directors, Clinical Leads, physicians, and senior leaders to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care across designated community clinics.
The Ambulatory Clinical Operations Director will be responsible for driving success in quality, safety, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This includes managing financial performance, human resources, infrastructure, and signature metrics that align with UK HealthCare’s strategic goals.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in healthcare operations, a proven ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and expertise in managing within a matrixed organizational structure. Success in this role will require exceptional leadership, quantitative analysis, strategic thinking skills, and a track record of accountability, delegation, and driving results.
