Job Summary
The Clinical Quality and Outcomes Data Specialist is responsible for managing the clinical quality management (CQM) aspects of the University of Kentucky HealthCare Bluegrass Care Clinic Ryan White HIV/AIDS program.
This role involves ensuring high quality patient care by monitoring clinical data, knowledge of Quality Improvement tools and strategy, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing Clinical Quality Improvement (CQI) projects to improve patient care and service delivery.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
MS Windows, Outlook, Excel, Access, Word, Powerpoint, Database Management, XML, healthcare experience. Programming languages (VBA and SQL), statistical analysis software (SAS, SPSS, R).

Preferred Education/Experience
Preferred Bachelor’s Degree related to computer science, management information systems, or related field. Experience in quality improvement preferred.
