None Physical Requirements sitting for long periods of time; repetitive motion related to computer work Shift 10 hours per week Job Summary The Entrepreneurial Leadership Program (ELP) is designed to train the next generation in entrepreneurial leaders, whether that’s in a startup or in the innovation ecosystem. Participants in the program will develop the skills and knowledge needed to bridge the gap between research innovations and real-world applications through training, mentorship, and hands-on experiential learning opportunities.The program seeks highly motivated individuals who are passionate about innovation, commercialization, and entrepreneurship and eager to contribute to advancing university-developed innovations. Responsibilities
- Training and Development : Complete assigned courses that focus on high-level foundational knowledge around innovation, commercialization, and entrepreneurship
- Experiential Learning : Leverage data analytics and data visualization to inform the business design, management, and implementation process, as well as gain direct experience for innovation development and market entry through conducting market research and market analysis.
- Program Engagement : Actively participate in program activities, including mentorship and networking opportunities and one on one coaching sessions.
