- Assisting the Program Coordinator II (Forestry Extension) with the design and layout of Extension publications, flyers, brochures and newsletters using InDesign and Photoshop;
- Assisting with the creation and distribution of outreach materials for extension activities, along with maintaining accurate databases for distribution of those materials;
- Creation of Facebook posts and distribution surveys using Qualtrics;
- Compiling evaluations from participants for data collection to be used in Extension yearly reporting, and creating and managing registration lists and / or assisting with Extension events;
- Compiling all website data i.e. hits / downloads;
- Assisting the Data Systems Manager with security patches and other software updates on departmental computers located in various places.
- Other duties as assigned. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Ability to design flyers and edit videos. Marketing and PR majors preferred. Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
