III position. The successful candidate will have technical proficiency with power transmissions, distribution and building electrical systems including installation and repairs. Other duties include maintaining, troubleshooting, operating and repairing building mechanical systems including but not limited to heating / cooling systems, boiler systems and chillers. The successful candidate will also be responsible for helping maintain 150 acres including landscaping, grounds upkeep, mowing, snow and ice removal, etc. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Skilled crafts : plumbing, electrical, carpentry, machining, welding,
HVAC, and grounds keeping. Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No Preferred Education / Experience Driver’s license preferred.
