Job Summary
This position supports the departmental mission of providing timely, compiled information to clinicians, patients, and others in support of health care and legal requirements. The Medical Records Correspondence Clerk must use a team-oriented approach.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Medical terminology, interpersonal skills, phone skills, keyboarding, filing, and fax machine. Ability to multitask and stay organized. Ability to professionally answer phones in regards to patients medical records. Ability to work in an electronic health record. Ability to be a team player.
