Pay & Bonuses

• New Graduate RNs: $28-$30/hour (based on degree)

Flexible Scheduling

• Work three 12-hour shifts weekly (7A-7:30P or 7P-7:30A) with options for 36- or 40-hour workweeks to fit your lifestyle.

Nurse Residency Program

New graduate RNs will participate in our nationally recognized Nurse Residency Program, designed to ensure a smooth transition into professional nursing practice.

Your Role as a Neurological Intensive Care RN

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals with critical neurological and neurosurgical conditions, including head trauma, strokes, spinal cord injuries, and brain injuries.
• Monitor hemodynamic parameters, medications, ventilators, and manage complications related to neurological injuries.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary critical care team to ensure optimal outcomes for your patients.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while ensuring patient satisfaction.
• Train and delegate tasks to Nursing Care Technicians (NCTs) and promote a cohesive team environment.

Requirements

Education:

• ADN required (BSN preferred)

License/Certifications:

• Active Kentucky RN license, Temporary Work Permit, or Compact State License
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification valid for at least six months post-hire
