Pay & Bonuses

Flexible Scheduling

Nurse Residency Program
New graduate RNs will participate in our nationally recognized Nurse Residency Program, designed to ensure a smooth transition into professional nursing practice.
Your Role as a Neurological Intensive Care RN
- Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals with critical neurological and neurosurgical conditions, including head trauma, strokes, spinal cord injuries, and brain injuries.
- Monitor hemodynamic parameters, medications, ventilators, and manage complications related to neurological injuries.
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary critical care team to ensure optimal outcomes for your patients.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while ensuring patient satisfaction.
- Train and delegate tasks to Nursing Care Technicians (NCTs) and promote a cohesive team environment.
Requirements
Education:
- ADN required (BSN preferred)
License/Certifications:
- Active Kentucky RN license, Temporary Work Permit, or Compact State License
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification valid for at least six months post-hire
