Other days and hours as needed. Job Summary The Division of Infectious Diseases is seeking a Program Development Coordinator to manage the Ryan White HIV Programs Part C and Part D at the Bluegrass Care Clinic. The Ryan White Programs provide essential medical care and supportive services to persons living with HIV in 63 counties in central and eastern Kentucky.
This position collaborates with the principal investigators, ID faculty, grant CQM staff, and the division administration to develop, plan, and evaluate program effectiveness and sustainability. Understanding of health care business practices or systems is preferred as this position will be responsible for oversight of the enrollment and eligibility processes for the Ryan White Program patients. The Program Development Coordinator position is further responsible for establishing and maintaining working relationships with community partners and other external stakeholders. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Technical Writing, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, SAP, CareWare, LabTracker, EPIC. Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? Yes Preferred Education / Experience MA in Public Health or other Health & Human Services preferred. Experience in managing federal / state grant programs also preferred.
