Job Summary
The Value Analysis Coordinator will primarily be responsible for data reporting and analysis in order to manage the cost effectiveness of products requested and purchased within the enterprise supply chain. This will include coordinating and gathering statistical information in collaboration with the Value Analysis Team, purchasing and finance departments, suppliers, and staff.
This position will also be charged with the development of new product cost analysis, tracking new product maintenance, and gathering post-implementation data and documentation for further analysis of the product’s cost effectiveness. Presentation of results will be made to various Value Analysis teams in support of making informed decisions regarding product purchases. Compiling reports, presenting report analyses and research findings, and auditing post-implementation results, among other tools, will be necessary responsibilities of the individual in this role.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
In order to be successful in this position, the individual hired will need extensive knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel; a background in data research, reporting, auditing, and financial analysis; budgeting and accounting skills; a high regard for attention to detail and accuracy; initiative; and exceptional communication skills.

Preferred Education/Experience
The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in healthcare supply chain finance including budgeting and analysis; experience researching supply chain products and reporting on their cost effectiveness; and experience with SAP, Lumere, PICIS, VAT tracking, and post-implementation audits (PIA).
