Job Summary UK Information Technology Services (ITS) is seeking an experienced vendor management professional who is proficient in managing vendor relationships, ensuring procurement efficiency, and promoting continuous improvement in IT Vendor Management. This role includes overseeing contract management and vendor performance to help ITS achieve contracted service levels and cost-effectiveness. Key responsibilities involve evaluating contract pricing, negotiating agreements, and maintaining a comprehensive database of technology contracts. This position requires the development of strong partnerships with vendors, monitoring their performance against SLAs and KPIs, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.Responsibilities for this role also encompass processing purchase requests for hardware, software, services, and supplies while ensuring proper allocation of funding. This role will require collaboration with various departments and external stakeholders to align vendor strategies with business needs while working to increase value and reduce risk.
