About The Role
We have an excellent opportunity to join our Division of Human Resources, providing comprehensive and intuitive administrative support to senior HR professionals. We are adopting an agile working approach, which means that you will be both home and campus based, working in a way that helps deliver a more effective work-life balance than ever before.
You will work closely with the HR Business Partner for the College of Life Sciences to support the delivery of a comprehensive HR service and maximise the reputation of the HR function within the college. You will be directly responsible for a wide range of complex administrative, using HR databases, analysing and presenting management information, coordinating meetings and effectively managing the time of the HRBP.
You will build and foster relationships across the College and wider University, knowing who to liaise with on key issues and using your own judgement and specialist knowledge to resolve a wide range of queries and issues.
About You
We are looking for someone who has experience in a similar HR support role, with a working knowledge of the relevant HR systems, legislation, processes and procedures.
This post calls for high levels of efficiency, organisation and coordination, coupled with excellent communication and relationship building skills. You must be an analytical thinker, capable of assimilating information to produce appropriate and supportive management information and documentation.
