The University of Maine School of Law is accepting applications for an Administrative Coordinator . The Administrative Coordinator (Coordinator) works with the clinical faculty and staff to support all the Clinics at Maine Law, which operate as a non-profit law firm in an academic setting. The Coordinator is responsible for providing support through a broad range of administrative tasks, including clerical duties, organizational tasks, training, and implementation of office procedures.
The hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This position reports to the Operations Manager for Maine Law's Clinics and is an integral part of a dynamic team.
Salary: The hiring salary is $45,000/year.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or higher or 3 years of related experience.
- Experience working in an office environment or in customer service.
Individuals must have or be eligible to obtain the Maine Notary Public commission.
