Role Description
This is a full-time assistant Athletic Trainer role located on-site at University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, VA. The Assistant Athletic Trainer will be responsible for injury prevention, athletic training, strength & conditioning, rehabilitation, and prevention tasks to support the athletic programs.
Qualifications
- Injury Prevention, Athletic Training, and Rehabilitation skills
- Strength & Conditioning and Prevention knowledge
- Certification in Athletic Training from the Board of Certification
- Licensed Athletic Trainer in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
- Experience working with collegiate athletes is a plus
Salary : $50,000 - $57,000
