Housekeeper

• Clean hotel rooms quickly, neatly, and efficiently to include making beds, cleaning guest bathrooms, replenishing all room amenities, vacuuming, dusting, and other cleaning duties assigned to each room.
• Perform laundry duties as necessary.
• Maintain a neat and clean housekeeping cart.
• Ensure supply closet is well stocked and always clean.
• Ensue all linen is organized based on size and cleanliness.
• Ensure the guest room corridors and elevator remain clean.
• Ensure a high level of customer service is performed at all times.
• Assist guests with requests and questions as necessary.
• Report any damages or repairs needed to guest rooms and other areas.
• Prepare room reports completely and in a timely manner.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the General Manager.

• Must have excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and write.

• Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.

• Ability to operate assigned tools and housekeeping equipment.
• Ability to work with chemicals and cleaning solutions
• Must be able to perform physical work requiring bending, stooping, reaching, and carrying supplies and refuse.
• Must be able to wear and work in personal protective clothing.
