We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Annual and Special Fundraising Manager to join our philanthropy team. In this role, you will implement innovative fundraising strategies and stewardship initiatives that support our annual and special giving efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include cultivating relationships with a select portfolio of giving prospects, writing impactful appeals, and coordinating engaging events to enhance donor engagement and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the annual giving society programs, including Hero's in Health and Legacy Giving.
- Manage relationships with select annual and special giving prospects (donors below $25K) and facilitate their cultivation and solicitation.
- Create compelling collateral materials and lead all aspects of direct mail and email fundraising campaigns.
- Develop materials for donor stewardship initiatives and coordinate follow-up activities.
- Organize a range of special events, handling logistics and materials to ensure successful engagement.
- Coordinate all arrangements for annual and special philanthropy events to boost prospect engagement and support cultivation.
- Assist in identifying and researching prospective donors, including preparing profiles and managing gift entry records.
- Contribute to content creation for the Foundation’s website and donor giving pages.
- Collaborate effectively with committees and across the philanthropy office to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
Pay Range : $38.67-$58.03
