- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the central sterile processing department
- Ensure proper sterilization and decontamination of medical instruments and equipment
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
- Train and mentor staff on sterilization techniques, safety protocols, and equipment operation
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the ordering of supplies as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sterilization processes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of sterilized items
- Identify and address any issues or concerns related to sterilization processes and equipment

- CRCST (Certified Registered Central Service Technician) – Required
- CHL (Certified Healthcare Leader) – Recommended
- High School Diploma or GED – Required
- 3–5 Years of SPD Experience – Including at least 1–2 years in a lead or senior role.
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Ability to lead by example and promote accountability
- Skilled in conflict resolution and team motivation
- Time management and prioritization under pressure

Pay Range: $28.82-$40.35
