Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled CT Radiographer II, Part-Time to join our team at the University of Maryland Medical System. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical competence in CT, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Performing CT imaging procedures under general supervision, ensuring accurate diagnoses and delivering high-quality patient care.
Maintaining a safe and efficient imaging process, adhering to regulatory compliance standards.
Documenting patient care activity in electronic health records systems, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory standards.
Contributing to departmental and organizational performance improvement initiatives, developing workflows and improving patient experience.
Requirements:
Associate degree or Certificate in radiologic technology from an accredited program.
1 years of experience as a registered radiologic technologist, with ARRT certification and licensure as a Registered Radiographer in the State of Maryland.
BASIC Cardiac Life Support Certification.
Preferred Requirements:
Successful completion of a CT program and Bachelor's degree in health science or related field.
2 years of experience in CT imaging.
