You will be responsible for coordinating care, advocating for patient needs, and contributing to unit-based outcomes associated with National Hospital Quality Measures (NDNQI), Nursing Sensitive Quality Indicators, and Facility Annual Operational Plan.
To excel in this position, you must have current AHA BLS certification, licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland or Compact state agreements outlined through the MD Board of Nursing, and meet all unit-specific certification requirements. Solid computer skills are also essential.
