We are seeking an energetic and skilled Culinary Attendant to join our team in Baltimore. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food service with a focus on grill operations while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and customer satisfaction.
- Operate and maintain grill station equipment while preparing food items according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Monitor food quality and presentation throughout service periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding work areas
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth service operations
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Perform regular equipment cleaning and maintenance
- Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels for grill station
- Assist in food preparation during peak periods
- Comply with all health department regulations and company food safety policies

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Food Handler's certification required
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Minimum 6 months of experience in food service or grill operations
- Demonstrated proficiency in grill operation and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
- Basic knife skills and kitchen equipment operation experience
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills
- Basic math skills for recipe measurements and inventory
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
