Under direct supervision, this role is responsible for the day-to-day filing duties. Team member will, at all times, respond to patients, visitors and co-workers in a pleasant, helpful and professional manner

Education & Training: High school graduate or equivalent or combination of job education and/or experience necessary to perform the work.
Work Orientation & Experience: One year of clerical experience preferred. Experience with and understanding of HIPAA and Maryland Regulations related to release of PHI preferred.
Skills & Abilities: Ability to input information from manual to automated media; strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with a variety of people; ability to communicate with customers of various ages; ability to organize and manage time effectively. Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities. Ability to maintain confidentiality
