We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nursing professional to join our team as a Nursing Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for providing and coordinating independent care to patients within a clinical specialty.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in nursing, with a focus on clinical practice, patient safety, and quality improvement. You should also have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work productively under stress.
A minimum of 12 months nursing experience is required, as well as current AHA BLS certification and licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland or eligibility to practice due to Compact state agreements outlined through the MD Board of Nursing.
