Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care. As a Clinical Resource RN, you will play a key role in supporting nursing units during off-shift hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical support to staff by acting as a consultant on clinical and administrative decisions.
- Facilitate communication and coordination with the medical team on complex patients and other concerns.
- Act as a preceptor for staff requiring support of a new procedure, situation, or skill.
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland.
- Minimum of two years' experience in Clinical Nurse II level.
- ACLS Certification.
