What are the responsibilities and job description for the Orthopedic Technician, Shock Trauma Outpatient Clinic, Days position at University of Maryland Medical System?
Under general supervision, assist physicians during examination of orthopedic patients and assist in maintaining orthopedic equipment and supplies. Fulfillment of the job duties requires the employee to have access to medication storage areas.
Full Time Days
Monday - Friday 7:30am-4pm

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Certification or eligibility for certification as an Orthopedic Technologist is preferred.
- Completion of a training course in orthopedic technology plus one year of internship in orthopedics, or two and a half years experience as an aide in a medical facility, including two years experience assisting in orthopedics is required.

Pay Range: $22.401-$27.379
