Speech Language Pathology Treatment Programs
Evaluate, develop, and administer Speech Language Pathology treatment programs for patients referred to the program. The goal of these programs is to restore function, prevent disability following injury or disease, and assist patients in achieving maximum performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients to determine the need for Speech Language Pathology services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of each patient
- Administer treatment programs designed to restore function and prevent disability
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology required
- ASHA certification in Speech Language Pathology preferred
- One year experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in a hospital setting preferred
- Competence in modified Barium swallow studies and FEES preferred
- Current license or temporary license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Maryland
- CPR (BLS) certification
Work Schedule
Primary coverage is for weekends and holidays.
Benefits
- Flat rate: $51.50/hour
- Weekend shift differential: $3.25/hour
