Ratio : 1 : 4, up to 1 : 5 with lower acuity

Schedule Information
Weekends : every other weekend required
Holidays : required as they fall, as scheduled
Floating : required within ER specialty and to sister hospital locations, as needed
Unit Specific Information
RNs should be prepared to take a medication exam at orientation, 85% required to pass. Not required for Case Managers or Occupational Therapy assigned to Home Health.
