We are looking for a full-time on-site Postdoctoral Research Associate to participate in a research program in tissue modeling on host-pathogens interactions, multi-omics data analysis, and mentoring at different levels. The Ghezzi Lab research focus is on understanding how multicellular responses are affected by the native microenvironment in order to design and engineer natural polymers to support the investigation of these processes in vitro and in vivo. Our research liaises engineering biopolymer structure/function properties with advanced biofabrication techniques to develop three-dimensional tissue models, by combining physiological architecture, physical stimuli, and native microstructure to recapitulate healthy and diseased tissue states.
