We are seeking qualified individuals to join our team as Part-Time Lecturers in Adult Nursing. As a part-time lecturer, you will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate-level courses in clinical agency, clinical skills laboratory, and/or simulation instruction. You will also engage in course-based continuous quality improvement/assessment and be committed to rapid pedagogical and other academic process changes as driven by environmental conditions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must have a Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program, recent clinical practice experience, and clinical education experience in higher education or a healthcare institution with a focus on Adult Health or Medical-Surgical Nursing. Individuals with a Bachelor's degree in nursing must matriculate into a Master's Program within 1 year or obtain NLN Clinical Nurse Educator certification within one year to be considered for hire per the Massachusetts regulation. Preferred individuals will have teaching experience in higher education or a healthcare institution.
