We are looking for a Student Admin Assistant to join our team. Reporting to the Academic Affairs Administration Manager, you will provide outstanding customer service, general administrative support and educational resources for all School of Dentistry courses. You will work in a dynamic office, ensuring confidentiality, and demonstrating an ethic of care when working with faculty and students.

Responsibilities*
Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Occasional weekend and/or morning or evening hours may be required for certain events.
This position may be eligible for some flexible work opportunities at the discretion of the hiring department. During the first 4 months of onboarding, an onsite schedule is required. Flexible work agreements are reviewed annually and are subject to change dependent on the business needs of the hiring depart

Responsibilities*
- Serve as liaison coordinating communication between course directors, course faculty, and students by providing support for academic courses and related activities.
- Manage course sites and course information using the School's learning management systems. Field and troubleshoot student questions related to Canvas and course sites.
- Provide administrative, academic and classroom support services including: classroom scheduling, assisting with organization of course materials, coordinating class evaluation activities, and supporting iClickers and other classroom technology.
- Coordinate all issues related to shared courses with remote sites including assisting instructors with tasks as assigned; solve instructor problems related to classroom functionality and course materials.
- Organize and direct plans for students with testing accommodations. Be the liaison for Services for Students with Disabilities office and the Testing Accommodation Center. Coordinate accommodation exam proctoring.
- Assist faculty lead team in preparing, administering and tracking competency level exams.
- Prepare, plan and organize academic events. Produce promotional and informational information for the office.
- Assist with a full range of office support services related to the daily operations of the educational programs within Academic Affairs: including a variety of customer service transactions related to student participation in educational programs.
- Contribute assistance in the development and performance of additional projects to assess educational outcomes and attainment of accreditation standards.
- Learn new skills, including new software and other technology necessary to support student learning and the curriculum
- An Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 years of administrative work with experience organizing data in Excel/spreadsheets.
- Experience providing high-quality customer service to communicate with individuals at all levels within the school's organizational structure.
- Demonstrated experience resolving complex requests and issues.
- Excellent demonstrated writing and editing skills.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Suite and/or Google applications.
- Excellent attendance record.

Salary : $39,000 - $48,000
