Service Line Supervisor, RN Overview
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Actively supports the recruitment, orientation, and promotes the engagement of all clinical staff
- Provides guidance to ensure performance management aspects such as mentoring, coaching, individual development etc. are in place and holds staff accountable to expectations
- Works collaboratively with leadership and other organizational partners to ensure efficient and safe day to day operations of the site(s)
- Anticipates and responds to physician/provider staffing needs and assures that support staff are appropriately scheduled to maximize efficiency, access and patient demand
- Collaborates with leadership to help collect data through use of reporting in order to analyze, forecast, plan and direct clinic operations
- Promotes, supports and participates in process improvement, quality initiatives, and innovation
- Associate's (ADN) or Bachelor's (BSN) Degree in Nursing
- Current Minnesota RN License
- 1-2 years of demonstrated leadership (Lead) experience along with clinical rooming experience
- BLS Certification
