The Academic and Student Communications team at Mizzou seeks a communication strategist with a passion for CRM. Specifically, we’re looking for someone who can:
M-F, 8-5
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Preferred Qualifications
High level understanding of analytics frameworks including GA, SEO.
Experience in higher education environments
Knowledge of Slate CRM
Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $60,000-$65,000/year
Grade: GGS-11

Job Description
The Academic and Student Communications team at Mizzou seeks a communication strategist with a passion for CRM. Specifically, we’re looking for someone who can:
- Manage relationships across teams and technical systems to facilitate the integration and management of various data sources in Slate CRM
- Design and execute cohesive communication campaigns that align tactics across multiple channels; paid ads, email, web/SEO and social for the current student audience.
- Use multiple analytics frameworks (Google Analytics, Slate CRM, functional systems, customer data, industry data) to define and drive conversion from marcom metrics to defined student outcomes.
- Track, recommend and implement trends that increase organic traffic and user engagement across campaigns and platforms.
- Define performance metrics and develop content distribution strategies to accomplish measurable goals.
