Job Description
Conduct comprehensive training for new hires, encompassing all aspects of their duties during the initial 10-15 days. This includes:
- Cleaning techniques
- Equipment care and usage
- Chemical applications and purposes
- Departmental policies, standards, and guidelines
Develop and refine training materials for cleaning processes, procedures, techniques, and guidelines.
Reevaluate and review staff performance in collaboration with supervisors once they are assigned to permanent areas to ensure the effectiveness of the training.
Assist in the 30-day probationary reviews to inspect cleaning techniques and equipment usage, determining if additional training is required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Shift
6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., Monday - Friday
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the custodial field.

2-3 years of hands-on custodial experience or in a supervisory role.
Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
