Job Description

Office Support Duties to include: welcoming guests and clients by greeting them, in person and on the telephone; answering or directing inquires; provide general clerical and telephone support to attorneys and staff. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries; log and route contracts, endowments, and invoices; scheduling coordinator; scheduling and calendaring events and deadlines; processing and routing collections letters; ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory of supplies; manage office faxes; maintain and organize central filing system; destruction of confidential documents
Support for Staff Attorneys: Floating legal support for all attorneys; maintaining and updating law library materials; filing of case materials, to include preparing both paper files and electronic; preparing ethics reports and other professional reports for staff attorneys.
Fiscal Support Duties: Processing and tracking payment of outside counsel invoices; collections (preparing dunning notices, coordinating with departments to respond to requests for further information from debtors), assigning invoices for review by attorneys and responsible for their review by departments.

Monday - Friday,,8 am – 5 pm
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
Some post-secondary education. Experience working with Microsoft programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with M365 software is a plus.
The chosen candidate must have office experience, and strong communication skills.
The right individual will be detail oriented, well organized, and professional.
Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $19.00 - $24.82 per hour
Grade: GGS 008
