Job Description
The UM System Surplus Property department needs two laborers to do very physical work at their warehouse off campus.
Part-time or full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Pay is $16.00 per hour
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (50 to 60 pounds) like furniture, desks, and large equipment
- A stable work history
- An excellent attendance record
- Verifiable references
- A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired (education or training beyond high school may be substituted for experience)
- A Class E driver's (chauffeur’s) license and/or forklift certification is strongly desired, but not necessary.
