Job Description
The Trulaske College of Business Project Manager will report directly to the Trulaske College of Business, Sr. Dean to oversee the development and execution of key strategic projects within the Trulaske College of Business. This role will facilitate collaboration across departments, faculty, and staff, ensuring that projects are efficiently managed, communicated, and tracked. The manager will also play a pivotal role in sourcing funding opportunities, coordinating the development of grant proposals, and fostering external partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the college by promoting engagement with alumni, friends, and community partners.
Key responsibilities of this position include:
- Manage and monitor projects to ensure alignment with institutional goals and strategic priorities.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project scopes.
- Serve as a liaison between departments, faculty, and staff, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and timely sharing of project information.
- Organize regular project status meetings, prepare reports, and track project progress.
- Develop and implement a tracking system to measure project outcomes and milestones.
- Create and maintain a dashboard to monitor key project metrics and deliverables, providing updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and external partners to develop competitive and impactful grant proposals.
- Source external entities for writing and submission of grant proposals, ensuring alignment with funding requirements and strategic goals.
- Research and identify new funding sources, keeping the college informed about emerging opportunities.
- Promote engagement and collaboration by building strong relationships with alumni, friends, community partners, and industry leaders.
- Actively support initiatives that encourage the involvement of external partners in Trulaske College activities and strategic projects.
Other duties as assigned.
Shift
Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with stewardship, strong organizational skills, and ability to work autonomously.
Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $60,000 - $78,000
Grade: GGS 10
