We are seeking a Hematology/Oncology Physician to join our community practice at our Cancer Clinic in Wyoming, Minnesota. Otherwise, you'll find a short 25-minute drive south to the amenities of the Twin Cities. Practice Highlights: Join a close-knit practice working with 1 other physician and an Advanced Practice Provider at this clinic. This site is part of our collaborative Twin Cities east region that consists of an established group of 7 physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Providers. Mix of Hematology and Oncology with the option to have a special interest area. Collaborative relationship with our larger group practice of Hem/Onc specialists within the academic health system centered at the University of Minnesota. Ability to participate in leading-edge clinical trials and tumor boards. Multi-disciplinary approach with specialty care on-site including Radiation Oncology, Genetic Counseling, Cancer Risk Management, Palliative Care, Psychologist, Survivorship and Social Work. Consultative inpatient call only with our east region; hospitalists admit patients. Full-time clinic schedule: 4 clinic days and 1 administrative day. 2-year salary guarantee, hiring incentive, moving bonus. Attainable RVU production model thereafter. Board eligible/certified in Hematology and or Oncology with the America Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association. Licensed or ability to acquire medical license and DEA in the State of Minnesota, and meet threshold criteria/qualifications for credentialing and privileges. The full-time salary range is $450,000-550,000 commensurate with practice experience and may also include incentive compensation or additional specialty-specific compensation components.
