Job Duties
Responsibilities:
- Teaching various courses in the business law area at the undergraduate and graduate level
- Engaging in scholarly activity that leads to publication in quality peer-reviewed journals
- Working collegially with College of Business & Technology faculty
- Providing service to the College, University, profession, and regional business community
- Participation in internal and external service activities
- Advising and interacting with students
- Pursuing professional development
Required Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Hold a JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in a U.S. state
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a commitment to teaching excellence
Have an interest in and ability to conduct high-quality research
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Teaching experience
- Quality publication history
- Ph.D., D.B.A, LL.M., and/or an MBA from an AACSB-accredited institution
Work experience practicing law and/or expertise in a business-related field
