Position Summary
Reporting to the Associate Director for Processing, this position supports financial aid processing. The Financial Support Coordinator is responsible for processing uploaded documents into Perceptive Content ImageNow and training and supervising the student worker scanning assistant. This position provides assistance with federally mandated verification including reviewing comment codes, Veteran status, and citizen and immigration status. This position also completes various projects as assigned, as well as assist outreach staff with proactive customer service on the phone, front counter, email, and faxes.

Oversee Perceptive Content ImageNow uploads, checking documents for accuracy, contact students for corrected documents, correct errors in the imaging system, and train and supervise the student worker scanning assistant.
